  • Fees for services must be paid in full before consultation or delivery of itineraries.
  • Accepted payment methods include Credit Card and PayPal
  • All payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the Cancellation Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and travel-related information.
  • Ensuring that they meet all visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for their destination.
  • Making all bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Limitations of Liability

Wander-Verve is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service failures, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Changes in travel conditions, such as weather, political events, or natural disasters.
  • Losses or damages incurred during travel.
  • The success or quality of any bookings made by the client or third parties.
  • Personal experiences, satisfaction, or outcomes related to the recommendations provided. Our services are suggestions and guidance only, and Wander-Verve assumes no liability for personal experiences following the implementation of our advice.

6. Consultations and Revisions

  • Initial consultations are free and limited to one session per client.
  • Follow-up consultations or significant itinerary revisions may incur additional charges, as outlined in your selected package.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by the client must be made in writing at least 7 days before the consultation date to qualify for a partial refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after itinerary delivery.

8. Privacy Policy

  • I value your privacy. Personal information provided during consultations will be used solely for travel planning and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All itineraries and materials provided by Wander-Verve remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for personal travel purposes only.
  • Reproduction or distribution of our materials without permission is prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms

Wander-Verve reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
